We want you to be happy, and we’ll do our best to give you the products you are expecting. We pride ourselves on attentive customer service and on the quality of our products.
We made a mistake
If you need to replace a product because we sent you the wrong thing, or because we sent you something defective, contact us within forty (40) days of receiving your shipping notification and we’ll guide you through the process.
We’ll ask you to send the product back, but since it’s our mistake, we’ll pay for your shipping!
It’s just not working out for you
We get it; sometimes things just don’t turn out the way you expected. If we didn’t make a mistake, you can still exchange your purchase, or even return it outright, but you’ll have to pay the return shipping.
We’ve looked into free returns, but there’s just no way to make it work for such a small brand like us.
Just contact us within forty (40) days following the reception of your shipping notification. We’ll ship your new product free of charge to Canada and the US, but International exchanges will have to pay a re-shipping fee.
Since we want you to be happy with our products, if you choose to exchange something instead of returning it, we’ll send you a $10 (CAN) gift certificate to use next time you shop with us, to thank you for giving us a second chance!
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product in not in its original condition.
Some products may be non-returnable for hygienic or legal reasons. These will be clearly identified in their product descriptions.
