Shipping Info

We ship from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All our shipping prices are based in Canadian dollars.

We ship almost everywhere! If you are located on a military base, a small island or anywhere else you think shipping might be irregular, just contact us and we’ll verify the shipping options available to you!

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard ground shipping to the 10 Canadian provinces and 48 continental US states on orders above $100 (CAN).

We offer free expedited tracked shipping to the 10 Canadian provinces and 48 continental US states on orders above $200 (CAN).

We also offer free standard shipping on most International orders above $250 (CAN). Check below for a list of countries that are eligible for international free shipping.

We’ve tried our best to charge as little as possible for shipping everywhere else, and we don’t make any money on shipping. We charge only what shipping is actually costing us.

If we accidentally overcharge you for more than a dollar, we’ll issue you a gift certificate for the difference, up to a $5 (CAN) value.

If we accidentally overcharge you for more than $5 (CAN), we’ll outright reimburse you the difference!

Shipping time

We currently make most pieces to order. This means that we make them just for you as you order them. Because of this, there is a processing delay of no more than ten (10) business days to make sure that we can make everything with care and attention. Once your pieces are ready, we’ll send you a shipping notification.

Shipping times are calculated from the time we send your notification.

Standard ground shipping to Canada usually takes 4 to 10 business days.

Standard ground shipping to the USA usually takes 5 to 15 business days.

Standard International shipping usually takes 5 to 20 business days.

Faster shipping

We offer a number of other shipping options if you need your purchases faster.

All of these have a cost based on the weight of your parcel. The Canada Post software included in our checkout process calculates this automatically.

Private Couriers

If you have a marked preference for UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other private courier, we can accommodate you, but you must contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Canada Post’s expedited rates are usually much better than most private couriers, but we understand that there are some countries where private couriers are the only reliable option. We will do our best to find the best rate possible for you if you contact us prior to ordering.

Packaging

We try to use as little packaging as possible, which is why if your order is fairly small, you’ll receive it in a no-frills bubble mailer. This bubble mailer is usually recyclable in the plastic category in most places with a comprehensive recycling program.

For larger orders, we use recycled and recyclable packaging (paper and cardboard) and sometimes use second-hand boxes that either come from our materials suppliers or Amazon shopping. We make sure these boxes are clean and sturdy to protect your purchases.
