This top is a stunner! The giant sleeves are made of a light and very sheer chiffon that is soft, delicate and catches beautifully in the wind. Available in thick cotton spandex jersey or plush velvet in deep black, this top is cut with a medium scoop neck and finished with a narrow bottom hem.

Hand wash in cold water, hang or lay flat to dry.
Can be machine washed ALONE (or in a lingerie bag) in cold water if you have a DELICATE cycle.
