This great velvet skater skirt is extra full and will make you want to twirl! The entire body of the skirt is cut in one piece, meaning there are no side seams anywhere except for the waist band. The wide waistband makes it extra comfortable to wear on its own or over tights or leggings. Made of thick plush velvet, it is available in lilac or deep black.
